The standards are listed here. Depending on the type of shinnys you're wearing you might want to size up or down. Pete is 5'10 (6'1" by some measuring standards), a modest 165 lbs soaking wet, and wears a size large.

  • What are your leadtimes?

    Once we receive payment your order will take 4-6 weeks to arrive at your door. If we can fulfill sooner we absolutely will.

  • Is your Leadtime the same for all items?

    No - but your level of customization may affect delivery times. So its a safe bet to assume 4-6 weeks and let us worry about getting it to you faster.

  • Can I pay a RUSH fee to get my gear faster?

    Yes - but you can't rush quality too much. Certain items can be expedited so we treat this on a case-by-case basis.

  • Do you charge artwork fees?

    We want you guys to look good and feel good about your gear. We do not charge artwork fees if you order from us. We ask you to be respectful.

  • Can I order a sample?

    Good Question. We have some samples on hand but they are Syndicate branded. If you want to order a sample of your design prior to a team purchase we can accommodate. The price would be a custom single and and we can provide a credit on the subsequent order for your team.

  • Will you host a team store for us?

    Yes we can, and yes we will. Lets talk about it. Shoot us a message.

  • Re-Orders // New Teammates

    Players come and go. Some of them don't "remember" to leave their Jerseys. Once we have your design on file we can re-do jerseys as needed and can work with you on a "re-order price" that isn't prohibitive.

  • Can I . . . . ?

    • Add names for no cost? YES
    • Add print inside the collar? YES
    • Use any fonts and colors? YES
    • Use special fabrics? INQUIRE

    We aim to please so if you don't see it please ask.

  • Can I setup a Custom Package for my Team?

    Want to Dominate the League? We can create a custom player package specifically for you: Jersey, Shell, Socks, Bag, Hoodie, etc. Better yet - we will post it online so you don't have to collect for the entire team. Work with us and we'll work with you.

  • Where are you located?

    The Syndicate is everywhere. But really we're located in Columbia, South Carolina - Yes there really is hockey here. Designed in the USA and like our peers we use a combination of domestic and international vendors to bring you the best quality merchandise.

  • Return Policy

    We try our absolute best to get your order correct the first time around. We send you a proof to review as well as a roster for names, numbers and sizes. But we are all human and understand mistakes can happen and there are some situations that are out of everyone's control. We don't offer refunds on custom gear but will make every effort to make your order right.

  • Images, Media, and Legal

    Unless specifically requested by you, the Customer, the Syndicate assumes that images, media, logos, artwork, names, and likenesses are available for use on the website and social media sites for promotional reasons.

    If for any reason you do not want to be featured in any of these outlets we ask that you let us know immediately and allow us an appropriate amount of time to edit any public facing media.
